Dank je wel, Obi-Mom. I love your name, BTW :) I'll be sure to use a clothesline as well. Also much more practical since husband's clothes are so much bigger than everybody else's.

Hi, I followed your link from the WTM board.

I'm up in the Midwestern Snowbelt, but I hang our clothes on the clothesline every chance I get (sometimes even in the winter if it's sunny and breezy out). I highly recommend an actual clothesline and wooden snapping pins if you're going to hang clothes regularly. It's very relaxing to me to hang the clothes on a nice, sunny day. Try some liquid fabric softener in the washer to help ward off some of the "crunchies". Thanks for the tip about leaving them out overnight to rustle in the breezes a bit.

Tot ziens.

Hi Sagira,

Just stumbled across your fabulous blog and I hope you don't mind if I toot the sea vegetable horn a bit! it's an understatement to say I think it's a wonderful thing that you're experimenting, especially with baby food. The benefits of sea plants are quite astounding, and I actually just posted all about this recently ("The Power of Sea Vegetables") on my own blog. I invite you to check it out!

Love and health,
Julie

Dear Sagira
I came across your blog and thought you might be interested in knowing about the Holistic Moms Network (HMN)- a national non-profit connecting parents who are passionate about natural health and green living. Founded in 2002 by a handful of moms, today HMN has 120+ chapters across North America. HMN encourages families to parent from the heart, trust their instincts and make informed healthcare decisions. Members come together at monthly meetings in non-judgmental environments to learn from each other, give support, and share information. Meetings often feature guest speakers who are professionals in their field and explore a variety of interesting topics, from healthy eating to homeopathy. HMN’s newly released cookbook, Growing Healthy Families: Cooking With Holistic Moms, contains 300 recipes from HMN members and guest chefs. A special section features recipes for homemade baby food and formula, non-toxic cleaners, and herbal remedies. For more info, please visit www.holisticmoms.org, or call (877) HOL-MOMS. Thanks!
